Job Opening: Supervisor – Manpower Supply Company

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage daily manpower operations and ensure smooth workflow.

💼 Job Role: Supervisor

📍 Location: Hebbal Industrial Area

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

1.Handle employee management, attendance, ESI & PF filing, and GST filing

2.Conduct regular field visits and attend meetings

3.Ensure proper manpower deployment and coordination

4.Maintain discipline and work quality at sites

5.Communicate with engineers and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports, emails)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage teams and handle field operations
