Machine Operator

Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Operate battery cell and battery pack manufacturing machines.

• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment to ensure smooth operations.

• Load raw materials and maintain continuous production flow.

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Record production data, machine parameters, and operational logs.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), EHS guidelines, and 5S practices.

• Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize machine downtime and improve productivity.

Required Skills

• Machine operation and production equipment handling

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Quality inspection and attention to detail

• Knowledge of SOPs, EHS, and 5S practices

• Ability to maintain production records accurately

• Teamwork and effective communication

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates from any manufacturing industry are welcome to apply.

• ITI, Diploma, 10th Pass, or 12th Pass candidates are eligible.

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production operations is an added advantage.
