Roles and Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning or broken equipment.
Collaborate with production team to optimize equipment performance and
minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with safety
standards.
Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
Performs all kinds of FITTING and cutting on any type of metal using tools
commonly used in fitting work.
Cutting materials into the required shapes, checking dimensions and thicknesses.
Should be capable of engineering drawings and 3D modeling.
Operating tools and machinery and welding equipment.
Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all
times.
Experience: 0-3 year
Qualification: ITI Fitter.
Technical knowledge:
Knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools and measuring instruments.
Ability to perform welding and pipework.
Familiarity with operating machinery such as lathes, drill machines, and grinders.
Soft skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and rectifying errors.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety.
