Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, manage production teams, ensure productivity targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards across the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
Allocate manpower and resources effectively.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and production procedures.
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdowns.
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation.
Train and guide operators and production staff.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.
Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of production planning and shop floor management.
Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
