Panasia Engineers Private Limited designs and manufactures high-performance HVAC equipment including Dehumidifiers, Dry Room Systems, Precision Air Conditioning Units, and Custom HVAC Solutions for pharmaceutical, electronics, data center, industrial, and cleanroom applications.

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician who is hands-on, quality-focused, and capable of independently assembling HVAC equipment from mechanical fabrication to electrical wiring and testing.

Job Summary

The HVAC Technician will be responsible for fabrication, assembly, piping, brazing, welding, electrical wiring, leak testing, and commissioning support of HVAC units and industrial dehumidifiers manufactured by Panasia Engineers.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in refrigeration piping, electrical panel wiring, sheet metal assembly, and workshop practices.

Key Responsibilities

Refrigeration Work

• Copper pipe cutting, bending, and routing

• Brazing refrigeration copper piping

• Installation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and refrigeration accessories

• Nitrogen purging during brazing

• Pressure testing using Nitrogen

• Vacuuming refrigeration circuits

• Refrigerant charging

• Leak detection and rectification

Electrical Work

• Electrical wiring of HVAC units

• Control panel wiring

• Sensor wiring

• Motor wiring

• Compressor wiring

• Heater wiring

• VFD wiring (where applicable)

• Cable dressing and cable management

• Electrical continuity testing

• Troubleshooting wiring faults

Mechanical Assembly

• Assembly of HVAC units

• Assembly of industrial dehumidifiers

• Mounting compressors, fans, coils, blowers and accessories

• Installation of filters, dampers and insulation

• Mechanical alignment of components

• Installation of vibration mounts

Fabrication & Welding

• Arc Welding

• MIG Welding (preferred)

• TIG Welding (preferred)

• Fabrication of support structures

• Minor sheet metal fabrication

• Cutting and grinding

• Drilling and tapping

Testing & Quality

• Pressure testing

• Leak testing

• Functional testing

• Inspection before dispatch

• Maintaining production quality standards

• Reporting defects to supervisors

Documentation

• Update production checklists

• Record refrigerant charging details

• Maintain daily work reports

• Report material shortages

• Follow production drawings and wiring diagrams

Required Skills

• Copper Brazing

• Use of multimeter

• Use of manifold gauge set

• Vacuum pump operation

Qualifications

• ITI (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Electrician / Fitter / Welder)

• Diploma in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineering (Preferred)

Experience

• 2–8 years in HVAC manufacturing or industrial HVAC projects

• Experience in manufacturing HVAC Units, AHUs, Precision Air Conditioners or Dehumidifiers preferred
