Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The candidate should have strong experience in a manufacturing/plant environment and be well-versed in payroll, compliances, and labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations & HRMS Management

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and end-to-end employee life cycle.

- Maintain and operate HRMS for attendance, leave management, employee database, and reporting.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports and MIS.

2. Payroll & Salary Administration

- Handle monthly payroll processing, salary structure, and full & final settlement.

- Ensure accuracy in salary disbursement, deductions, reimbursements and overtime calculations.

- Coordinate with finance team for payroll compliance.

3. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory laws - PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Factory Act, etc.

- Handle audits, returns, and liaison with government departments.

- Maintain all compliance records and documentation.

4. Plant Operations & Manpower Management

- In-depth understanding of plant job roles, shift management, and shop floor operations.

- Manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment for plant and office staff.

- Handle contract labour management and contractor compliance.

5. Labour Laws & Industrial Relations

- Strong knowledge of all applicable labour laws and industrial relations.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries.

- Maintain healthy employee relations and handle union matters if applicable.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing/plant setup.

- Good command over HRMS software.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structuring, and statutory compliances.

- Complete knowledge of plant operations, job roles, and workforce management.

- Expert knowledge of Labour Laws, Factory Act, and HR best practices.

- MBA in HR / MSW / Equivalent degree preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
