Elegant Decors is looking for a highly responsible and experienced Workshop & Production Supervisor who can take complete ownership of our factory operations, production flow, and on-site coordination.

This is not just a job — we need someone who can lead, manage, and deliver quality work with discipline and efficiency.

💼 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) (Based on experience)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete workshop operations and daily production planning
• Manage and supervise teams of carpenters, painters, and helpers
• Ensure smooth coordination between factory production and site execution
• Read drawings and ensure work is executed exactly as per design
• Maintain strict quality control in furniture manufacturing and finishing
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Handle material planning, stock, and tool management
• Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity on the workshop floor
• Visit sites when required for supervision and execution support

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing / interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture, carpentry work, polishing & finishing
• Ability to manage labour teams efficiently and handle pressure
• Basic understanding of drawings and the execution process
• Responsible, proactive, and a leadership mindset
• Someone who takes ownership, not just instructions
