Job Title: Floor In charge
Department: Production / Manufacturing

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day floor operations across extrusion, flexographic/rotogravure printing, cutting, and sealing sections
Allocate manpower and assign tasks to machine operators and helpers per production schedule
Monitor machine performance (extruders, printing machines, bag-making machines) and coordinate with maintenance for breakdowns
Ensure production targets (output, wastage %, print quality) are met on a shift-wise basis
Check print registration, color matching, film thickness, and bag dimensions against specifications
Maintain production and wastage records, shift reports, and machine downtime logs
Enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing/housekeeping practices on the floor
Coordinate with QC team for in-process and final inspection
Train new operators and helpers on machine handling and quality standards
Liaise with stores/inventory for timely availability of raw material (granules, ink, rolls, etc.)
Report shift-wise production status to Production Manager
