The role involves operating machinery, maintaining tools and dies, assembling components, and ensuring quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential manufacturing industry.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor tool room and manufacturing equipmentMaintain and repair press tools, dies, and related componentsAssemble, inspect, and maintain press components as per company standardsMaintain records and manage tool room inventoryPerform preventive maintenance to minimize machine downtimeEnsure safety and quality standards are strictly followedSupport tool improvements and participate in new mold and die trialsCoordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operationsJob Requirements:Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Fitter or related technical fieldExperience: 0 to 2 years in tool room, press tools, or manufacturing environmentBasic knowledge of press components, tools, and dies is requiredAttention to detail and ability to follow technical instructionsPhysical stamina and willingness to work on the shop floorBasic understanding of maintenance and inspection practices
