Perform mechanical maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities.
Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) as per schedule.
Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.
Handle assembly, installation, and adjustment of mechanical components.
Maintain tools, tackles, and ensure safe working practices.
Support production teams during machine setup and changeover.
Maintain maintenance records and logbooks.
Perform electrical maintenance of machinery, panels, motors, and control systems.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, wiring issues, and breakdowns.
Perform preventive maintenance of motors, MCC panels, drives, sensors, and PLC-based equipment (basic).
Ensure proper earthing, load management, and electrical safety compliance.
Assist in installation of new machinery, cable routing, and panel wiring.
Maintain documentation of electrical maintenance activities.
