Fitter

We are looking for a fitter for packaging machines who is experience in assembly .

Key Responsibilities :-

• Preventive Maintenance :- Perform routine assembly & testing of machines to ensure optimal performance , lubrication , and to prevent unexpected breakdowns

• Troubleshooting and Repairs :- Diagnose mechanical , pneumatic , and minor electrical malfunctions in real time to minimize production downtime

• Machine Setup and Changeover :- Set up , adjust , and calibrate machine parameters ( Eg. Temperature , Sealing pressure , speed , cutting alignment ) for different product sizes or packaging materials

• Part Replacement :- Identify , source , and replace worn - out components such as heaters , sealing rollers , knives , and sensors

• Quality Compliance :- Ensure all machinery functions align with Good Manufacturing Practices ( GMP) and safety standards ( Eg. Ensuring proper sealing and product integrity )

Desired Profile :-

• Education :- ITI certification in Fitter , Turner , or Machinist

• Experience :- 1-3 years of experience

• Job Location :- Goregaon

Salary Offered :- 15000 - 22000 Per Month
