Day to Day Responsibility of our Fitter :
Component Assembly: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions
to identify component specifications, dimensions, and assembly sequences.
Mechanical Fitting: Assemble mechanical components, parts, and sub-assemblies using hand tools,
power tools, and precision measuring instruments to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality.
Precision Machining: Perform machining operations such as drilling, tapping, milling, and grinding to
modify or fabricate components as needed to achieve proper fit and alignment during assembly.
Quality Assurance: Conduct visual inspections and functional tests to verify the accuracy, completeness,
and quality of assembled components and systems. Identify and rectify any defects, discrepancies, or
non-conformities in assembly processes.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, lubrication, and adjustments on machinery
and equipment to prevent breakdowns, prolong service life, and ensure reliability and operational
efficiency.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, parts inventory,
maintenance tasks, and equipment inspections. Generate reports documenting assembly procedures,
test results, and maintenance activities as required.
