Job Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Fitter or relevant trade

• Minimum 1–5 years experience in a factory or manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting, assembly, and installation

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints

• Experience with hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges, etc.)

• Knowledge of machine maintenance, alignment, and troubleshooting

• Familiar with welding, cutting, drilling, grinding, and basic fabrication work

• Understanding of safety rules and factory procedures

• Physically fit to handle manual work and stand for long hours

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and machinery

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance

• Ensure proper fitting and alignment of parts

• Identify and rectify mechanical faults

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area

• Follow safety and quality standards
