Fitter

We are looking for a skilled Fitter / Electrical Technician to join our team at Reps En-tech Private Limited. The role involves electrical fitting, panel wiring, troubleshooting electrical faults, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment. Candidates should have an ITI qualification and basic knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance procedures, and safety standards.

This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month along with the opportunity to work in a growing and essential industry. Candidates with experience in industrial electrical work, machine maintenance, and wiring will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment

• Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines

• Maintain records and manage tool room inventory

• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime

• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

• Collaborate with teams for tool improvements and new mold trials

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
