Job Description: Assembly Fitter

Prachi Fixtures Private Limited is looking for a skilled and hardworking Assembly Fitter to join our manufacturing team in Bhosari, Pune. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to work in a professional environment with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assembling Components: Accurately assemble metal fixtures and mechanical parts according to technical drawings or instructions.

• Quality Check: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.

• Tool Handling: Safely operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.

• Production Support: Assist in mold trials and collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

• Safety & Maintenance: Follow all safety protocols on the shop floor and keep the workspace clean and organized.

Job Requirements:

• Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or ITI in Fitter/Mechanical.

• Experience: 0 - 2 years in manufacturing (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Skills: Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Shift: Must be comfortable working in Rotational Shifts FOR 12HOURS.

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 (In-hand). for fresher and For Experience more than 2 years depends upon experience.

• Work Timings: 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM (as per shift).
