Operate cylinder filling equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently.
Fill gas cylinders as per prescribed weight, pressure, and quantity standards.
Inspect cylinders for leaks, damage, or defects before and after filling.
Ensure correct labeling, tagging, and sealing of filled cylinders.
Maintain accurate records of filled, rejected, and returned cylinders.
Handle loading and unloading of cylinders in designated areas.
Monitor pressure gauges, valves, and filling systems during operations.
Report equipment malfunction, safety hazards, or irregularities to supervisors immediately.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the filling station/work area.
Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of filling equipment.
