Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should have good practical knowledge of machine assembly, fitting, drilling, grinding, alignment and basic fabrication work. The fitter will be responsible for assembling machine components according to drawings and ensuring proper fitting, finishing and functioning of the equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fitting and assembly of machine parts and components.
Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and measurements.
Carry out drilling, tapping, grinding, cutting and finishing work.
Assemble mechanical components accurately according to specifications.
Perform alignment and adjustment of machine parts.
Identify fitting or assembly problems and carry out necessary corrections.
Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the production area.
Qualification
ITI – Fitter / Mechanical trade preferred.
Candidates with strong practical fitting experience may also be considered.
Experience
1–5 years of relevant experience in machine manufacturing.
