Fitter

We are looking for a Assembly Fitter to join our team at Bluestaff's India Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹23,000 - ₹30,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Metal Sheet Cutting – Ability to cut metal sheets accurately using shearing, gas cutting, or power cutting machines.

  Metal Fabrication – Skilled in cutting, bending, shaping, and assembling metal components as per drawings.

  Fitting & Assembly – Able to align, fit, and assemble fabricated parts with precision.

  Blueprint Reading – Can read and interpret engineering drawings, fabrication sketches, and dimensions.

  Measuring & Marking – Proficient in using measuring tools like measuring tape, steel rule, vernier caliper, and marking tools.

  Grinding & Finishing – Skilled in grinding, deburring, and finishing metal surfaces for proper fit and quality.

  Drilling & Hole Making – Experienced in drilling accurate holes using hand drills and drilling machines.

  Welding Knowledge – Basic understanding of welding processes such as ARC, MIG, or TIG for fabrication work.

  Machine & Tool Handling – Proficient in operating fabrication equipment such as grinders, drilling machines, cutting machines, and hand tools.

  Material Handling – Knowledge of handling and identifying different types of metals like MS, SS, and aluminum during fabrication.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 4 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
