We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at Shakti Global. The role involves operating maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹50,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise factory workers.
Handle daily production activities.
Ensure production targets are completed on time.
Check the quality of gym wear products.
Manage cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing work.
Maintain production records and daily reports.
Coordinate with workers and management.
Ensure proper discipline and safety in the factory.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 3 years of experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Required Skills:
Experience in garment/apparel manufacturing.
Good knowledge of production and workers handling.
Good communication and team-management skills.
Ability to manage production targets.
