Factory Supervisor

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations, production activities, labour supervision, and inventory management. The candidate will ensure smooth plant functioning, maintain productivity, monitor workforce performance, and support operational efficiency while following safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plant operations and production activities.

• Manage and monitor plant labour/workforce efficiently.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines.

• Handle inventory management including raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.

• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards in the plant.

• Prepare daily production and inventory reports.

• Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in plant supervision or manufacturing operations.

• Strong knowledge of labour handling and inventory control.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
