Job location- Bengaluru (Onsite), This is an offline job with 6 days working

Qualification - Bachelor's degree

CTC - ₹50,000 per month (₹6 Lakh Annual CTC)

Languages – Kannada, English & Hindi

Role Description

• We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our factory, Bengaluru.

• The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, workforce management, production supervision, quality control, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of production targets.

• The ideal candidate should have prior experience in factory/manufacturing operations, with strong hands-on experience in managing factory workers and daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily and monthly production schedules.

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage and allocate manpower according to production requirements.

• Monitor production targets, productivity and timelines.

• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

• Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, Production and Management teams.

• Monitor raw materials, production materials and finished goods.

• Identify production delays, wastage and operational issues and take corrective action.

• Maintain discipline and proper working practices among factory staff.

• Ensure machinery, equipment and other factory resources are properly utilized.

• Monitor housekeeping, safety and cleanliness within the factory premises.

• Maintain daily production and manpower records and provide regular reports to management.

• Handle and resolve day-to-day operational and workforce-related issues.

• Implement processes to improve productivity, reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
