Job Title: Facility Manager & Secretary
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day facility operations of the building.
Conduct daily building inspections and ensure proper maintenance of common areas.
Supervise and monitor security guards, housekeeping staff, and other facility personnel.
Ensure smooth functioning of all building services and address tenant concerns promptly.
Prepare, verify, and maintain tenant invoices, monthly bills, and expense statements.
Track and monitor facility-related expenses and vendor payments.
Coordinate with maintenance vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain records of tenant agreements, bills, payments, and facility documentation.
Prepare monthly MIS reports related to occupancy, expenses, and maintenance activities.
Assist management with administrative, secretarial, and coordination activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and building regulations.
Required Skills
Strong administrative and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of facility management and billing processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain records accurately.
