Job Title: Fabrication Helper

Experience: 1+ Year
Department: Fabrication / Production

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in fabrication and production activities as per supervisor instructions
Support welding, cutting, grinding, and fitting operations
Handle buffing and grinding of metal components
Assist in furnace-related work (heating, material handling, loading/unloading)
Help in material movement, loading, and unloading
Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness (5S)
Follow safety procedures and use PPE properly
Support senior fabricators and welders in daily tasks

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of fabrication processes
Experience in buffing, grinding, and furnace operations
Ability to handle tools like grinder, cutting machine, etc.
Physically fit and able to work in shop floor environment

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma / Any relevant experience

Other Requirements:

Willing to work in shifts
Discipline and teamwork attitude
