Manage the MD’s daily schedule, meetings and appointments
Coordinate with internal teams, clients and business associates
Handle emails, calls, documents and confidential information
Prepare reports, presentations and official correspondence
Maintain records and follow up on important tasks
Assist the MD in day-to-day business coordination
