⚡ Job Responsibilities:

• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities for electrical systems, fixtures, and plant equipment.

• Plan, monitor, and review PM schedules ensuring timely completion and cost control.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.

• Carry out panel wiring, cable termination, and control panel maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and maintain motors, drives, relays, contactors, PLC panels, and switchgear.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

• Support development of alternative electrical spares with optimized design.

• Maintain daily maintenance logs, repair reports, and documentation.

• Handle and ensure smooth maintenance operations across all three shifts.

• Manage and support facility electrical systems (DG sets, compressors, UPS, lighting, etc.).

• Coordinate with production, plant management, and internal stakeholders.

• Promote and implement “Safety First” practices and ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Supervise maintenance activities ensuring quality, safety, and productivity targets are achieved.

• Conduct daily/weekly meetings and maintain effective departmental communication.

• Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and workplace organization standards.

• Update work orders, preventive maintenance records, and reports.

• Prepare reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Participate in continuous improvement (Kaizen/Lean/TPM) initiatives.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing/automotive industry.

• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, control panels, and industrial electrical systems.

• Basic understanding of PLC systems and automation.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
