Job Title: Tender Executive (Sanitary/Plumbing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Tender Identification & Analysis: Monitor Gem, CPP, and other e-procurement portals for relevant sanitary ware, plumbing, or infrastructure tenders.

• Documentation & Preparation: Prepare comprehensive bid documents, including EMD, tender fees, technical compliance, and company credentials.

• Technical Compliance: Coordinate with engineering/production teams to ensure sanitary products meet tender specifications.

• Bidding & Submission: Ensure timely online and offline submission of bids.

• Liaison & Tracking: Attend pre-bid meetings and follow up on bid status.

• Record Keeping: Maintain a database of tender records, approvals, and contract documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-tendering, specifically in government bidding.

• Portal Knowledge: Proficiency in Gem Portal, CPP Portal, and other public sector portals.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for creating BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and proposal documents.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to review complex tender documents for compliance.
