📢 Job Opening – Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Procurement & RFI/BOQ

📍 Location: Moraiya, Changodar, Ahmedabad
💼 Experience: 4–5 Years
🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Engineering
👤 Reporting To: Director
🏭 Preferred Industry: Automobile / Engineering

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Engineering & industrial material procurement

• Vendor sourcing, quotation collection & price negotiation

• Prepare and manage BOQ / RFI

• Handle SAP Ariba / online procurement portals

• Prepare costing, quotation comparison & commercial quotations

• Coordinate with suppliers and customers

• Procurement of mechanical, electrical & fabrication materials

• Handle industrial consumables and engineering products

• Supplier invoice/document management

• Maintain procurement records, trackers and reports in MS Excel

• Customer/vendor follow-up and coordination

🔹 Required Experience & Skills

✅ 4–5 years of relevant experience in Engineering / Industrial Procurement
✅ BE/B.Tech qualification
✅ Strong knowledge of engineering materials
✅ Experience in BOQ / RFI / quotation preparation
✅ SAP Ariba experience will be preferred
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✅ Vendor management & negotiation skills
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Good Internet/search and documentation skills
✅ Ability to work independently

🔹 Product Knowledge Preferred

Mechanical: Pipes, fittings, valves, NRV, reducers, elbows, tees, flanges, SS/MS products

Electrical: MCB, MCCB, DBs, cable glands, cable trays, raceway, lighting & electrical accessories

Fabrication: MS/SS pipes, square/rectangle pipes, flats, angles, channels, plates & sheets

Consumables: Welding electrodes, paint, thinner, PPE, gloves, cutting/grinding consumables, etc.

⭐ Important

Candidates with hands-on experience in Engineering Procurement + BOQ/RFI + SAP Ariba will be preferred.

Candidates having only general purchase/procurement experience without engineering material knowledge may not be suitable.
