Cosmetic Production Executive

Aaranyam Natural Cosmetic Private Limited is looking for a responsible and hands-on Cosmetic Production Executive to manage and coordinate daily manufacturing activities at our cosmetic production unit.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in cosmetic, personal care, soap, skincare, bath & body or similar manufacturing and should be comfortable working directly with production workers and managing day-to-day production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities according to production requirements.

• Allocate work to production workers and ensure daily production targets are achieved.

• Handle and monitor production of soaps, bath & body products, skincare products and other cosmetic products.

• Ensure the correct raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials and equipment are available before production begins.

• Monitor batching, mixing, moulding, filling, curing, packing and other production processes as applicable.

• Maintain accurate batch sheets, production records, stock records and daily production reports.

• Monitor raw material usage and minimise unnecessary wastage.

• Coordinate with the packing team to ensure finished products are packed, labelled and ready on time.

• Check products during production for basic quality, appearance, weight and consistency as per company standards.

• Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness and discipline on the production floor.

• Monitor attendance, work allocation and performance of production workers/labour.

• Identify production delays, shortages or quality issues and report them to management promptly.

• Coordinate with the inventory and purchase team regarding upcoming raw material and packaging requirements.

• Ensure production areas, tools and equipment are kept clean, organised and ready for use.

• Follow company SOPs and maintain safe working practices.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years

• Experience in cosmetic, personal care, soap, skincare, bath & body, FMCG or similar manufacturing will be preferred.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in cosmetic production or soap manufacturing will receive preference.

• Should have experience handling or coordinating production workers/labour.

• Basic knowledge of production records, inventory and batch documentation.

• Basic computer knowledge, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Must be organised, responsible and comfortable handling multiple production activities.

• Should be willing to work hands-on on the production floor.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week is required.

Salary

₹12,500 – ₹17,000 in-hand per month

Salary will depend on experience, skills and suitability for the role.

Important

Candidates with experience specifically in cosmetic, personal care, soap or bath & body manufacturing are strongly preferred.

This is a hands-on production role and is not a purely office-based or administrative position.
