The candidate must be able to prepare, edit, and optimize CNC programs as per 2D drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and production requirements. Strong knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, and Height Gauge is required. The candidate should have basic quality knowledge, including first-piece inspection, rejection control, and maintaining quality records. Responsibilities include production documentation, audit support, tool selection, machining parameter setting, troubleshooting, and ensuring accuracy, productivity, safety, and 5S compliance on the shop floor.
