CNC Machine Operator

CNC Operator Job Title: CNC Operator Experience: 2.5 to 3 Years Salary: ₹20,000 per month Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with experience in operating CNC machines, machine setup, and maintaining production quality standards. The candidate should have good knowledge of machining processes, measuring instruments, and engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines as per production requirements Perform machine setup, tool setting, and offset correction Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications Ensure dimensional accuracy using Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, etc. Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards Conduct basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain production records and follow daily targets Follow safety procedures and company production standards Required Skills: Knowledge of CNC machine operations Basic understanding of G-Code and M-Code Ability to read technical drawings Familiarity with measuring instruments Understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field preferred
