Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines for manufacturing precision components as per production requirements. The candidate should be able to set up machines, monitor machining operations, inspect finished parts, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Turning and/or CNC Milling machines.

• Set up machines and load raw materials as per job specifications.

• Read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

• Select and change cutting tools as required.

• Measure finished components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge.

• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality.

• Monitor machine performance and report any issues or breakdowns.

• Maintain production records and machine logs.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness (5S).

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machine operations.

• Ability to read engineering drawings.

• Familiarity with measuring instruments.

• Basic understanding of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.).

• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• ITI (Turner/Machinist/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Certification in CNC Machine Operation is an added advantage.

Experience

• Fresher to 5 years of experience in CNC Machine Operation.

• Experience in automotive, precision engineering, or manufacturing industries preferred.
