CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a CNC Operator / Supervisor to join the Sparkler team. The role involves operating CNC machines, producing quality parts, and following production and safety standards. The in-hand salary is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with a growing manufacturing company

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine setup, tool offsets, tool changes, workpiece handling, and production monitoring.

• Skilled in CNC Turning and Grinding G-code programming, blueprint reading, GD&T, tooling, and precision measurement.

• Knowledge of Vernier caliper , Micrometer , Height gauge,  Bore gauge,  Dial indicator  

• Detail-oriented, team player with strong problem-solving, communication, time management, and adaptability.

• Machine cleaning, lubrication, coolant checks, preventive maintenance, and fault reporting.

• CNC team supervision, production planning, quality control, manpower management, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is ITI/Diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
