We are looking for a Master cam Programmer who creates and optimizes CNC programs using Master cam software , collaborates with engineers and machinists , and ensures quality by interpreting technical drawings , managing fixtures , and overseeing machine setup and operation .

Key Responsibilities :

• Program Development : Create and maintain CNC programs for various machines like Lathe , VMC , Wirecut using Mastercam software.

• Optimization : Analyze and optimize toolpaths, speeds , feeds , and cutting strategies to reduce cycle times and improve productivity .

• Collaboration : Work with engineers and machinists to interpret specifications , resolve issues , and ensure programs are clear and comprehensible.

• Setup and Operation : Design and program fixtures , select tools , setup machines , and monitor the cutting process to ensure accuracy and quality.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Experience : Previous experience in CNC machining and setup using Mastercam is essential . Ideally it should be 2-3 years.

• Software Proficiency : Strong knowledge of Mastercam is required. Experience with other CAD/CAM software like Solidworks is often needed.

• Technical Skills : Ability to read and interpret technical drawings , and GD & T (Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing ) is critical.

• Machine Operation : Familiarity with operating CNC machines , including setting controls for speed , feed , and coolant flow , is necessary.

• Bachelor's Degree : (B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical) is often preferred.

• ITI/Diploma : (Eg. In Mechanical Industrial , or Production Engineering ) is a common background.

  Package Offered : 20000-30000.

  Job Location : Goregaon East.

  Job Timing : 9.30 am - 7pm.
