Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Operator to operate CNC machines efficiently and ensure accurate, high-quality production as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines as per production requirements and job instructions.
Set and operate CNC machines for machining components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions and tolerances.
Perform machine setup, tool setting and tool offset adjustments.
Load and unload raw materials/components safely.
Monitor machine operations and ensure smooth production.
Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers and gauges.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and quality of machined components.
Identify and report machine abnormalities, tool wear or production issues.
Perform basic machine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain production records and follow standard operating procedures.
Follow all safety, quality and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to achieve production targets.

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or relevant technical trade preferred.
Candidates with relevant CNC operating experience may also be considered.
Experience
Relevant experience in CNC machine operation, CNC turning, VMC or machining will be preferred.
Candidates with strong practical CNC operating and machine-setting skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidate Profile
Good technical and mechanical understanding.
Ability to read drawings and understand measurements/tolerances.
Quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.
Good discipline and teamwork.
Candidates willing to relocate/work in Nashik are preferred.
