• Ensure all components are within tolerance and meet quality standards.

• Reject or rework defective pieces with proper documentation.

4. Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.

• Report breakdowns or unusual machine behavior.

• Follow all shop-floor safety rules, PPE guidelines, and 5S practices.

5. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily production logs and machine usage reports.

• Record quantities produced, errors, and downtime.

• Communicate production status to the supervisor.
