Job Title: CNC Setter
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Setter to set up CNC machines for production as per drawings and process requirements. The role includes tool setting, offset setting, machine proving, first-piece inspection, and ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Set tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines
Set and adjust tool and work offsets
Read and understand engineering drawings
Perform first-piece and in-process inspection
Troubleshoot setup and dimensional issues
Follow safety and quality procedures
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field
2–5 years experience as CNC Setter / Operator-cum-Setter
Knowledge of CNC Lathe or VMC and Fanuc/Siemens control
Ability to use measuring instruments
Location: Bhosari Midc
Experience: 2-6 Years
Salary: 20000- 55000
