Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate laser cutting, laser engraving, and CNC router machines for the production of high-quality signage and custom fabrication products. The ideal candidate should have experience working with acrylic, MDF, PVC, ACP, wood, and other materials used in signage manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laser cutting and laser engraving machines for acrylic sheets and other materials.

• Operate CNC router machines for 2D and 3D signage production.

• Read and understand production drawings and design files.

• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine parameters.

• Ensure accurate cutting, engraving, routing, and finishing of products.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Coordinate with the design and production teams to complete projects on schedule.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience operating CNC laser cutting, laser engraving, or CNC router machines.

• Knowledge of acrylic sheet cutting and engraving.

• Experience in manufacturing 2D and 3D signages.

• Ability to read technical drawings and production layouts.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with signage manufacturing.

• Knowledge of materials such as Acrylic, ACP, MDF, PVC, Wood, Foam Board, and Metal Sheets.

• Familiarity with CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, or similar design software is an added advantage.
