Set up and operate CNC machines according to production requirements.
Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Set machine parameters, offsets, tools, and cutting conditions.
Perform tool setting and machine setup for different components.
Check first-piece components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Monitor the machining process and make necessary adjustments.
Identify and troubleshoot basic machine/tooling issues.
Maintain quality standards and production targets.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
