Job Role:

CNC Operator

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines.

Read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and job instructions.

Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining.

Monitor the machining process and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.

Perform machine offset adjustments when required.

Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards.

Maintain daily production reports and documentation.

Perform routine maintenance and ensure machine cleanliness.

Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related field.

1–2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of CNC Operation.

Strong understanding of measuring tools and machining processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Willingness to work in shifts as needed.
