Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, or pipe-threading machines) for pipe production
Set up machines by loading programs, tools, and fixtures
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Perform machining operations such as cutting, threading, grooving, boring, and facing of pipes
Measure and inspect finished pipe components using gauges, calipers, micrometers, and thread gauges
Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments to maintain accuracy
Identify and report defects, tool wear, or machine issues
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and safe
Follow safety rules and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain production and quality records
