# Job Description – CNC VMC Operator

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai

Industry: Engineering Manufacturing

Salary: ₹16,000 + Travelling Allowance

Experience: 0–1 Year | Freshers Welcome

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Shift: Day/Night – 12 Hours (8:00 AM to 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM)

## Job Overview

We are looking for CNC VMC Operators to join our engineering manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC VMC machines, handling components, maintaining quality standards and following safety procedures.

## Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC VMC machines for machining metal components.

• Load and unload jobs/components from the machine.

• Understand basic engineering drawings and job specifications.

• Assist in tool changing, machine setting and offset adjustments.

• Monitor machining operations and ensure smooth machine functioning.

Check finished components using vernier calipers, micrometers and gauges•.

• Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.

• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.

• Learn CNC/VMC machining processes under the guidance of senior operators.

## Training will be provided

• Basic understanding of CNC/VMC machine operations.

• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.

• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Comfortable working in 12-hour day/night shifts•.

• Physically fit and comfortable working on the manufacturing shop floor.
