मैन्युफैक्चरिंग CNC मशीन ऑपरेटर

We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator with hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Boring operations. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, setting up jobs, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring production targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for milling and boring operations as per production requirements.

• Set and operate VMC/HMC/CNC milling and boring machines.

• Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and machining specifications.

• Perform machine setting, tool loading, tool offset correction, and job alignment.

• Check and maintain required dimensions and tolerances during machining.

• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and height gauge.

• Understand and make basic corrections in G-code/M-code programs where required.

• Work with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.

• Conduct in-process inspection and ensure products meet quality standards.

• Identify tool wear, machine abnormalities, and machining issues and report them to the supervisor.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S, safety, and production procedures.

• Achieve daily production targets while maintaining required quality.

• Maintain machine and production records as required.
  

Candidate Requirements

• 2–6 years of relevant experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist.

• Hands-on experience in both Milling and Boring operations is required.

• Experience on VMC/HMC/HBM/CNC machines will be preferred.

• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T/basic tolerances.

• Knowledge of cutting tools, tool offsets, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.

• Knowledge of basic CNC programming/editing will be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of quality inspection and measuring instruments.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
