Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (Lathe / Milling / VMC / HMC) as per production requirements
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
Load raw materials and unload finished components safely
Perform tool changes, offset settings, and basic program edits if required
Conduct in-process inspections using measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, gauges)
Maintain production quality as per specifications and quality standards
Identify and report machine abnormalities, defects, or breakdowns to supervisors
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and use PPE at all times
Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic preventive maintenance
Achieve production targets with minimal rejection and downtime
Key Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation
Knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi – preferred)
Understanding of machining processes and cutting tools
Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines
Basic knowledge of ISO / quality standards is an advantage
Team player with good attention to detail
