Job Description – Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor background to supervise site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure quality and timely completion of projects. The candidate must be willing to travel across various project sites throughout Bangalore and should have their own two-wheeler.

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and project progress.

• Coordinate with workers, contractors, vendors, and project managers.

• Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

• Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and material usage.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and share updates with management.

• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.

• Conduct regular site visits across Bangalore.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.

• Maintain site records, measurements, and work completion reports
  Required Skills and Qualifications:•

  - ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.

  - Experience in site supervision, fabrication, construction, or installation work is preferred.

  - Basic knowledge of measurements, tools, and fabrication work.

  - Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  - Ability to manage workers and handle multiple site activities.

  - Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
