We are looking for a skilled Automation Test Engineer to join our team at Iotaflow Systems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial automation systems, including PLC, HMI, SCADA, RS-485 Modbus communication, and LoRa Gateway integration. The role involves testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and validating automation solutions while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Salary: ₹26,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for industrial automation systems.

• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications.

• Configure and test communication protocols such as RS-485 Modbus (RTU/TCP).

• Test and validate LoRa Gateway and IoT device connectivity.

• Identify, document, and track software and hardware defects.

• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

• Verify system functionality, reliability, and performance before deployment.

• Prepare test reports, documentation, and validation records.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma/BTech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years in Industrial Automation Testing or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (Siemens, Delta, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, or equivalent).

• Good knowledge of HMI and SCADA development/testing.

• Experience with RS-485 Modbus (RTU/TCP) communication.

• Hands-on experience with LoRa Gateway configuration and IoT communication.

• Basic understanding of industrial networking and communication protocols.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Good communication and documentation skills.

• Willingness to travel for site testing and commissioning, if required.
