ऑटोकैड डिजाइनर

We are looking for a AutoCAD Designer to join our team at Susha Founders & Engineers. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

o   Design & Development

§  Work with Supervisor by understanding requirements for new development projects and then work on the assigned tasks.

§  Travel to different places for studying machines for new product development, if required.

o   Routine Responsibilities

§  Create, Maintain & update drawing for all the machines as per pre-decided procedure.

§  Understand the requirements of their internal customers (manufacturing and assembly team) and prepare the drawings with all necessary details.

§  Able to do tasks on your own in shortest possible time.

§  Manage and prioritize his time to meet deadlines & requirements as directed by supervisor/management.

§  Work without minimum supervision & should be accountable.

§  Responsible for updating drawing records if changes are done on site after taking feedback from commissioning team.

§  Maintains and updates machine annexure in respective machine folder.

§  Continuously focus on reducing cost – Selecting right material, reducing cutting allowance, reducing machining, etc

§  Time to time reporting to management/supervisor with individual work planning.

·         At any point of time he should be able to provide details about on-going, pending & to-do list of work assigned.

§  Implement 5S, TQM process improvements in machine drawing activity

·         Shares report every month about new practices implemented along with its advantages. (Process, Resource, Time, Cost, etc)

§  Works in a systematic way with a proper documentation of machines under design.

§  Housekeeping & cleanliness in respective areas.

o   Any other relevant duty as assigned by the Management. Duties to be updated time to time depending on company’s requirement.

Job Requirements:

·        Desired Skills & Qualification

o   Computer Skills – MS Word, MS Office, MS PowerPoint

o   Design Software – AutoCad, Solidworks must

o   Experience working in a design role in the manufacturing industry – 4 years +

o   Analytical & problem solving skills

o   Able to deal with multiple projects simultaneously

o   Knowledge of 5S, Lean, TQM, Kaizen must

o   Organizational skills & willingness to take accountability to do work on its own.
