Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Production Manager to manage and coordinate daily production activities, ensure timely project completion, maintain quality standards, and improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.

• Coordinate with production supervisors, workers, and other departments.

• Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and material availability.

• Ensure timely completion of furniture manufacturing and retail interior production work.

• Monitor product quality and minimize material wastage.

• Supervise shop-floor operations, including fabrication, woodworking, assembly, and finishing.

• Prepare daily production reports and track production performance.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S, and company procedures.

• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.

Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field.

• Experience: 5–8 years in production or manufacturing.

• Experience in furniture manufacturing, retail interior production, or fabrication is preferred.

• Strong leadership, manpower handling, and production planning skills.

• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Salary : (45K - 65K )As per experience and current industry standards.
