Job Summary:

Rajat Equipments Pvt. Ltd. (MKG Brand) is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer for the role of Production Manager to lead operations at our fabrication plant in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production activities, ensuring high-quality fabrication, and achieving production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control fabrication production activities

• Manage shop floor operations including cutting, welding, machining, and assembly

• Ensure production targets are met within timelines and quality standards

• Optimize manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams

• Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and improve efficiency

• Ensure proper maintenance of fabrication machinery and equipment

• Enforce safety standards and industrial compliance

• Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff

• Maintain production reports, MIS, and documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• 6–10 years of experience in fabrication or heavy equipment manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of welding, fabrication, and machining processes

• Experience in managing shop floor operations and teams

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or Kaizen

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
