Monitoring process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and mixing time.
Reporting equipment malfunctions or production deviations to supervisors.
Coordinating with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams.
Ensuring proper handling, labeling, and storage of raw materials and finished products.
Participating in equipment cleaning, line clearance, and validation activities.
Following production schedules to meet daily and monthly targets.
Supporting inventory management by tracking raw material usage and production output.
Wearing and maintaining proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assisting during audits and inspections by maintaining accurate documentation.
Continuously following company policies and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
