Assistant Manager - Windchill Integration Consultant

Asst Manager-Integrated Operations Area(s) of responsibility Windchill Integration Consultant Birlasoft is looking for Windchill Integration Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between PTC Windchill PLM and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, CAD, and middleware platforms. Key Responsibilities Implement Windchill integrations with: ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, JDE), MES / downstream manufacturing systems, External applications via middleware Develop and configure integrations using: REST / OData services, Info•Engine & Windchill APIs, ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration) Support both event‑based and batch integrations Define and implement object‑level mappings for Parts, BOMs, Documents, Change Notices / Promotion Requests, MPMLink objects (as applicable) Handle transformation and validation of inbound/outbound payloads Support reconciliation and error handling mechanisms Work across Windchill modules including: PDMLink (mandatory), MPMLink / PartsLink / Change Management (as applicable) Understand lifecycle‑driven publishing and change‑based integration triggers Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments of integrations Troubleshoot integration issues in test and production environments Support go‑live cutover and post go‑live hypercare Provide integration documentation and knowledge transfer Required Skills & Experience Strong hands‑on experience with Windchill Integration development Experience with: Windchill REST / OData services, Info•Engine, ESI, and Windchill APIs, Knowledge of middleware platforms (TIBCO, MuleSoft, iLink, custom frameworks) Working knowledge of SQL (Oracle / SQL Server) Strong understanding of Windchill data model and relationships Experience integrating Windchill with ERP and CAD systems Understanding of PLM business processes (Release, Change, BOM) Typically 4-6 years experience in Windchill / PLM projects Experience Level Mid Level
